Intoday’s competitive business landscape, the race for profits often takes center stage. However, there are some leaders who also prioritize a mission-driven purpose. They use their business to make a positive social impact and recognize that success isn’t only about making money. In this interview series, we are talking with some of these distinct leaders and I had the pleasure of interviewing Sonali Dixit.

Sonali Dixit is the founder, designer and owner of QuiseJewels LLC, serving community with one of a kind jewelry. Sonali’s journey began long before her current status at QuiseJewels, where she puts together from scratch weaving each beads one at a time putting the jewelry together with love and passion. It all started with her love for the talent that she have seen in her mom. Her mom use to bead together various kind of jewelry with intricate designs. I owe a heartfelt gratitude to my mom and grandma for nurturing my love for arts and crafts. They not only taught me the technical skills but also instilled in me the belief that creativity knows no bounds. They encouraged me to think outside the box, embrace imperfections, and find beauty in every creation. Today, as I continue my arts and crafts journey, I carry their legacy with me. Every brushstroke, every stitch, and every creation is a tribute to their love and guidance. I am forever grateful for the artistic genes they passed down to me. Sonali’s accomplishments, underscored by her impressive designs, reflect her determination to be out there stand bold. Even though there is a lot of competition she is waiting for the right client who understands her passion and would love to embrace her design proudly by possessing them as part of their Jewelry Collection
